Do you deliver?
Yes, we have two sizes of trucks and trailers to economize on load size. We also have excellent recommendations for long-distance deliveries. Please call for current rates.
Do you install?
No, we don’t install, and our delivery trucks are not equipped to offload material. It is important that you have the proper equipment at the delivery site to handle the size of the material ordered. Our staff will be able to answer questions concerning the size and type of machine required for your specific order.
Do you warrantee your material?
We warranty our material to be true to variety and consistent with (described) grade according to Florida’s Grades & Standards. No warranty – specific or implied – extends beyond time of delivery or pickup. We are certified to ship out-of-state as well as overseas. In addition, we are located in a lethal yellowing and diaprepes-free county and are also certified to be free from burrowing nematodes. Our commitment to providing pest free plant material includes prohibiting other plant material from entering our tree farm.
Do you accept credit cards?
We do accept credit cards. Customers with a history of doing business with prompt payment are extended terms of 30 days. Otherwise, payment is expected at the time of delivery – typically by credit card, wire transfer, cash, or cashier’s check.
What is a "Clear Trunk" measurement?
Clear trunk is a definition out of the Florida Grade’s & Standards handbook used in measuring some types of palms. Its definition is: "A measurement from the soil line to a point in the canopy where the trunk caliper begins to taper abruptly. On many palms, this point will lie at the base of the petiole of the third or fourth youngest but fully expanded leaf".
Do you sell to the public?
We strongly encourage homeowners to enlist the services of a landscape professional when purchasing plant material from our farm. We offer no after-sale services, where as a professional landscaper would provide some or all of the following services: delivery, installation, irrigation, equipment, pesticide license, and knowledge of fertilizers, chemicals, and their proper applications.
